How to share a license

An organization can share its licenses with a child organization. For example, a school group can centralize the purchase of a higher license to save costs and, later, distribute them among their different schools.

IMPORTANT: To share a license among child organizations, when you created the sale you should have checked the Shareable option (For more information, review the How to create a sale article).

  1. Once you are logged in your account, click on Partner Portal.
  2. On the left menu, click on Purchase history.
  3. Search for the license you want to share.
  4. Click on the Share
  5. Fill the following fields:
    • Share with: If you enter more than three characters in the search box, the system will show up those entries that coincide with your search. Click on the child organization.
    • Practice test: Type the number of practice tests you want to share with the child organization. If you don't want share practice tests  type 0 (zero). It's mandatory type a number.
    • Assessments: Type the number of assessments you want to share with the child organization. If you don't want share assessments type 0 (zero). It's mandatory type a number.
  6. Click on Accept.
        IMPORTANT.
        • If you need to edit a shared license that has already been created, click on the EDIT icon located on the right side.
        • If you need to create a new shared license for an organization with which you have already shared a license or with a new organization, the steps to follow would be:
          1. Click on + Share with another organization.
          2. Fill the fields Share with, Practice tests and Assessments.
          3. Click on Accept.
