How to see the ordered keys history

The Ordered keys history allows you to review all the keys your organization has ordered. To do so:
  1. Once you are logged in your account, click on Partner Portal.
  2. On the left menu, click on Ordered keys history.
  3. The following information is displayed: Sale ID, Created on, Key Registration Date, Product name, Ordered by, Recipient/Description, PO number, Group ID, Key ID,  Proctored, Used by & Organization Name.

How to search a key?

There are two types of search:

  • Quick search. Use this option for general searches. Enter the product name or the exam number and click on Search to see the results.
  • Advanced- Summary Report. This function allows you to create a summary report of your previous orders using specific criteria such as order date, and purchase order number.
    1. Click on Advanced.
    2. Enter as much information as you wish into any of the fields.
    3. Click on Search.

Note. If you run a search without entering any criteria, all previous orders will be displayed.

How to send a key?
  1. Search for the key.
  2. Click on the Envelope icon.
  3. In the To field, type the email address to the recipient.
  4. If it is necessary, change the Subject or the Message.
  5. Click on Send email.

When a key is sent, a green box at the right of the key (Email sent) will appear.

How to see if a key has been registered?

  1. Search for the key.
  2. In the Used by column, check if a name is shown.

Note. If this column is empty, the key has not been registered yet.

How to resend a non-registered key?
  1. Search for the non-registered key.
  2. Click on Email sent.
  3. Click on the Resend icon.
  4. Write the new email, and click on Send.
