How to request a new license

In case you need to order keys but either don't have a license or your license is expired, you can request a new license:

Steps

  1. Once you are logged in your account, click on Partner Portal.
  2. On the left menu, click on Catalog.
  3. The active licenses are shown.
    Note. You can see the expiration date of a license in the left top corner of the license box.
  4. Click on NEW LICENSE.
  5. Fill the form to request a new license.
  6. Click on SEND.
    Your request will be sent to your sales representative.
