How to impersonate a child organization

Via Partner Portal, you can impersonate the partner (his user, role and permissions to gain access to all the info) in charge of a child organization and work as if you were him. To do so:

Steps

1. Once you are logged in your account, click on Partner Portal.
2. On the left menu, click on Impersonator.
   
3. Search for the child organization:
   • Search bar:
     1. Click on the search bar.
     2. Check the Status or type the partner name.
     3. Click Search.
   • Quick search bar:
     1. Type the Reseller ID, the Major account name, or the Partner name.
     2. Press the INTRO.
   • Manually:
     1. At the bottom of the page, click on the page’ number.
     2. Look for the Partner name.
4. Click on the Impersonate button.
